From the start, Shaun went above and beyond — sending through detailed videos, photos, voice notes, and updates throughout the entire process. Once I signed the finance deal, the vehicle was transported to me in Cape Town — at no extra cost. That kind of service is incredibly rare these days! To top it off, the team proactively replaced the automatic gearbox clutches at their own expense and had the car serviced at Audi before delivery. The car arrived in excellent condition. A few days later, I noticed a minor issue with the clutch pressure plate. Without hesitation, the team arranged for the vehicle to be sent back to Johannesburg, where Geartronix replaced the necessary parts under warranty. Within two weeks, the car was back in Cape Town — sorted and running perfectly.
